redeem Totalbet Casino sign-up bonus in UK
exclusive sign-up bonus offer

Every online casino presents a welcome bonus to new players, but not all betting offers Totalbet are created equal, and few are as simple as the marketing copy suggests. A welcome bonus at a brand like Totalbet Casino can truly extend playtime and create more opportunities to explore the game library, yet the difference between a rewarding experience and a frustrating one often depends on how well a player understands the mechanics before clicking the claim button. The most common pitfalls include glossing over wagering requirements, misunderstanding game weightings, and failing to notice time limits that can leave a bonus void before it has been properly used. This article walks through the practical, often overlooked details that separate smart bonus users from those who end up disappointed. It covers how to read the key terms, which game categories typically contribute fairly toward playthrough targets, and why payment method selection can accidentally disqualify a player from an offer altogether. The goal is not to discourage anyone from claiming a welcome package but to equip players with the knowledge to extract genuine value from it while avoiding the traps that lead to forfeited winnings.

Complimentary Spins as Part of the Welcome Offer

Many introductory bonuses package a set of free spins alongside a deposit match bonus, and these spins include their own collection of conditions that differ from the cash bonus terms. Free spins are usually limited to one or more designated slot titles, and the player has no choice in where they can be used. The amount of each spin is typically fixed at the minimum bet level for that game, often £0.10 or £0.20, which means that a package of fifty free spins equals between £5 and £10 in total wagering value. That is a moderate amount, but the winnings generated from those spins are then handled as bonus funds and submitted to a separate wagering requirement, often set at a higher multiplier than the deposit match portion of the offer. A standard structure is a 35x wagering requirement on deposit match funds and a 40x or even 50x requirement on free spin winnings. Players should also verify whether the free spins are credited all at once or drip-fed over several days, because a daily allocation model necessitates consistent logins to claim the full value and can be easily missed if the schedule is not recorded. When assessing the overall welcome package, free spins should be seen as a small extra rather than the main event, and their wagering terms should be checked independently of the deposit bonus terms to avoid an unpleasant surprise at withdrawal time.

Developing a Individual Checklist Before Taking Any Offer

The optimal way to handle a casino welcome bonus is to treat it as a decision that demands a few minutes of research rather than an impulse click on a flashing banner. A handy personal checklist starts with finding the wagering requirement multiplier and whether it affects the bonus only or the deposit plus bonus combined. Next, the player should check the time limit and calculate the daily wagering pace necessary to complete it, matching that with their realistic availability. The list of eligible games and their contribution percentages should be checked, with a shortlist of high-contribution, high-RTP slots selected in advance. The maximum bet limit during bonus play should be noted, because accidentally placing a £10 spin when the limit is £5 is one of the most common ways players forfeit their bonuses. Payment method eligibility should be checked, and the maximum win cap should be grasped so that expectations are adjusted correctly. Finally, the player should determine whether the bonus is sticky or non-sticky, because this decides whether early withdrawal of cash winnings is possible. This entire process requires less than ten minutes and converts the welcome bonus from a gamble into a calculated promotion where the player understands exactly what is required to convert it into withdrawable cash.

Licensing, Protection, and Their Importance for Welcome Bonus Claims

A welcome bonus is only as valuable as the casino’s promise to upholding its terms justly, and that commitment is ultimately supported by the licensing framework under which the casino works. In the UK, the Gambling Commission establishes tough regulations about how bonuses must be advertised, how terms are communicated, and how player funds are secured. A casino authorised by the UKGC is required to separate player funds from business funds, to offer understandable and equitable terms, and to grant access to external dispute resolution if a player feels a bonus has been managed unfairly. This regulatory support means that a player who follows the stated terms can expect to be paid, and a casino that arbitrarily cancels winnings faces genuine repercussions. Totalbet Casino works within this regulated framework, which delivers a foundation of security that unregulated operators simply cannot provide. For a player assessing a welcome bonus, the inclusion of UKGC licensing is a signal that the playthrough requirements, game restrictions, and time limits will be applied as written, not modified after the fact. It also means that responsible gaming tools, including deposit caps, time alerts, and self-exclusion options, are integrated into the platform, allowing a player to participate in the welcome offer within parameters they set for themselves rather than being driven toward overplay by aggressive bonus terms.

The Difference Between Sticky and Non-Sticky Bonuses

A structural distinction that substantially influences bonus strategy is whether the welcome offer is sticky or non-sticky, terms that define how the bonus operates with the player’s real cash balance during wagering. A non-sticky bonus holds the cash and bonus balances entirely separate, and the player bets with their deposited cash first. If they profit during the cash phase, those winnings are cashable immediately without touching the bonus, and the player can even forfeit the bonus voluntarily to cash out early. A sticky bonus, by contrast, merges the deposit and bonus into a single balance from which no withdrawal is allowed until the wagering requirement is met in full. This implies that even if a player doubles their deposit amount through cash play, they cannot cash out a penny until the entire combined wagering target is completed. The sticky model is more limiting and raises the risk of losing both the deposit and the bonus during the playthrough process. UK-facing casinos have predominantly moved toward the non-sticky model under regulatory pressure to handle customers fairly, but the distinction still exists and should be checked in the terms. A player who comprehends this difference can make an informed choice about whether to accept a bonus at all, or to accept it only when they are dedicated to completing the full wagering requirement without needing early access to their funds.

How a Casino Welcome Bonus Really Works

A welcome bonus is not free money in the sense that it can be withdrawn immediately; it is a structured promotional agreement between the player and the casino, governed by a set of conditions that must be satisfied before any winnings become withdrawable cash. When a player at Totalbet Casino makes a first deposit and takes up the welcome offer, the bonus funds are usually added to a separate bonus balance that runs parallel to the real cash balance. The player then bets using their real cash first usually, and only when that is exhausted does the bonus balance become active. This matters because any winnings produced while betting from the bonus balance are usually locked until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier, such as 35x, meaning that if a player obtains £100 in bonus funds, they need to place bets totalling £3,500 before a withdrawal is possible. Some casinos apply the multiplier to the bonus amount alone, while others use it to the combined deposit and bonus sum, which dramatically increases the total playthrough needed. Understanding which calculation method is used is the single most important piece of reading a player can do before depositing, because it directly determines how realistic it proves to complete the requirement within the given time frame.

Payment Method Restrictions Which Catch Players By Surprise

A remarkably common reason for a welcome bonus to be denied or invalidated after the fact is the use of a payment method that the terms and conditions explicitly exclude from bonus eligibility. E-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller are frequently restricted from welcome offers, and a player who deposits using one of these services may find that the bonus is never credited, or worse, that it is credited initially and then removed along with any winnings when the restriction is flagged during a withdrawal review. Cryptocurrency deposits, where accepted, can also fall into a grey area where bonus eligibility differs by promotion. The safest payment methods for claiming a welcome bonus are generally debit cards and bank transfers, which are almost universally eligible. Some casinos also accept PayPal and treat it as a standard method, while others group it with restricted e-wallets, so checking the specific terms for the brand is vital. At Totalbet Casino, players can expect a range of supported payment methods with clear processing times, but the responsibility rests on the player to confirm that their chosen method qualifies for the welcome promotion before completing the deposit. A quick check of the banking page and the bonus terms can prevent the frustration of discovering an ineligibility only when attempting to withdraw.

When a Welcome Bonus Is Not Always the Right Choice

There are scenarios where turning down a welcome bonus is the more prudent financial decision, and acknowledging those scenarios is part of being an knowledgeable player. A player who favours table games or live dealer games, where contribution rates are low or zero, will find that a bonus adds wagering obligations without offering a realistic path to completion. In that case, playing with an unbonused cash balance retains the ability to withdraw winnings at any time without restriction. A player who is exploring a new casino for the first time and wants the freedom to make a small deposit, play briefly, and withdraw any winnings immediately should also think about skipping the bonus, because even a non-sticky bonus can introduce delays and complexity to the withdrawal process. Additionally, a player who knows they will not have consistent play time over the coming weeks should refrain from locking funds into a wagering requirement that will almost certainly expire. The welcome bonus is a tool that works well for slot players with regular play habits and a clear understanding of the terms, but it is not a universal good. The smartest players are those who judge each offer against their own playing style and are willing to say no when the numbers do not add up in their favour.

The realm of sign-up offers rewards players who study the details, organize their approach, and regard the promotion as a defined package instead of a handout. A deposit match and a batch of free spins can provide genuine value, lengthening playing sessions and creating more chances to hit a meaningful win, but only when the playthrough requirement, game weightings, deadlines, and payment method limits are completely grasped and considered in the gaming strategy. The players who reliably benefit from casino welcome bonuses are not the ones who chase the biggest headline numbers; they are the ones who compare the full terms, determine the actual expense of meeting the wagering requirement, and pick deals where the calculation benefits them. At a regulated casino serving the UK like Totalbet Casino, the rules are open and the site is designed to promote fair gaming, but the responsibility for reading and understanding those terms rests squarely with the player. Before placing that first deposit, take ten minutes to open the full bonus terms, follow the checklist provided here, and determine if the promotion truly suits your playing style. This minor time commitment is the most dependable method to transform a welcome bonus from a cause of annoyance into a real enhancement of your casino experience.

Mobile Access and Promotion Accessibility Across Devices

How a player engages with a casino can affect how easily they can work through a welcome bonus, particularly when time limits are strict and consistent play is necessary to meet wagering targets. A casino that offers a fully responsive mobile experience, via a dedicated app or a browser-based platform, enables a player to complete quick sessions during commutes, lunch breaks, or downtime at home without being tethered to a desktop computer. This flexibility can be the difference between fulfilling a wagering requirement easily and losing time. At Totalbet Casino, the platform is designed to function flawlessly across devices, with the game library, banking functions, and bonus progress tracking all reachable from a smartphone or tablet. The key practical consideration is whether the full range of eligible games for bonus play is present on mobile, because some older slot titles may not be optimized for smaller screens, and a player depending on those games to clear a requirement could find their options restricted. Verifying that the high-contribution games listed in the bonus terms are playable on the device of choice before depositing is a small step that avoids wasted time later. Moreover, the account verification process often demands document uploads, and a mobile-friendly upload interface makes this step quicker, getting the account withdrawal-ready without needing access to a scanner or desktop computer.

Staking Requirements and Why They Influence Bonus Value

The wagering requirement is the central mechanism that dictates whether a welcome bonus is valuable or nearly unfeasible to convert into real money. A smaller multiplier, such as 25x or 30x, combined with a requirement that applies only to the bonus amount, represents a significantly fairer proposition than a 50x requirement applied to the deposit plus bonus total. To put numbers on this, a £50 deposit with a £50 bonus under a 30x bonus-only requirement needs £1,500 in total wagers. That same offer under a 40x deposit-plus-bonus structure needs £4,000 in wagers. The difference is not insignificant; it is the difference between a casual weekend of play and a tough volume of betting that most recreational players will not reach. Beyond the headline multiplier, smart players verify whether the wagering requirement resets if they make a withdrawal before completion, which at many casinos voids the entire bonus and any associated winnings. They also ensure whether there is a maximum bet limit while a bonus is active, often set at £5 per spin or hand, because exceeding that limit can invalidate the bonus and any accumulated winnings without warning. These details are always revealed in the full terms and conditions, never in the promotional banner, and reading them is the single highest-return activity a player can perform before depositing.

Time Limits and the Stress They Produce

Every welcome bonus carries an expiration date, and the countdown begins the moment the bonus is credited, not when the player first logs in or starts playing. A typical time frame extends from seven to thirty days, and while thirty days sounds generous, a player who deposits on a whim and then gets busy with work or family commitments can easily miss out on the bonus and any winnings tied to it simply by not logging in. The time limit works alongside the wagering requirement to create a required pace of play. If a player needs to wager £3,000 in fourteen days, that averages roughly £215 in bets per day, which may be entirely feasible for a regular player but impractical for someone who only opens the casino app once or twice a week. Some casinos also apply a separate time limit on free spins awarded as part of a welcome package, often requiring them to be used within twenty-four or forty-eight hours, with any winnings from those spins then subject to their own wagering requirement and expiration window. A smart approach is to activate a welcome bonus only when there is a clear window of availability to play consistently over the following week or two, because a half-completed wagering requirement that expires is a complete loss of the bonus value with nothing to show for the effort already invested.

Withdrawal Ceilings and Withdrawal Restrictions

Even after a player fulfills the wagering requirement, there may be a cap on how much of the resulting balance can actually be withdrawn. Many welcome bonuses contain a maximum win cap, often stated as a multiple of the bonus amount received. A common cap might be 5x the bonus value, indicating that a player who received a £100 bonus can withdraw no more than £500 in winnings derived from it, no matter whether their account balance shows a higher figure after the wagering is complete. Any excess is simply deducted at the point of withdrawal. This cap applies exclusively to bonus-derived winnings and does not affect winnings generated from pure cash deposits, but it can still take aback a player who hits a significant win during bonus play and assumes the full amount is theirs. Additionally, casinos universally require identity verification before processing a first withdrawal, a process known as Know Your Customer that involves submitting proof of identity, address, and sometimes payment method ownership. This is a regulatory requirement in the UK market, not a casino-specific obstacle, but it means that a first withdrawal can take longer than subsequent ones. Players who are aware of this upfront can submit their verification documents early, ideally right after registration, to avoid delays when they are ready to cash out.

Game Weightings and Where to Direct Your Play

Not every game weighs in equally toward clearing a wagering requirement, and the discrepancies in contribution percentages can completely alter the strategy a player should adopt. Slot games usually contribute 100% of each wager toward the playthrough target, rendering them the default choice for players who want to meet the requirement efficiently. However, even within the slots category, certain titles may be left out entirely or contribute at a reduced rate, especially progressive jackpot slots where a single spin could in theory clear the entire requirement with one lucky outcome. Table games such as blackjack and roulette often contribute far less, sometimes as low as 5% or 10%, and in many cases they are excluded altogether from bonus play. A player who deposits, claims a bonus, and then spends an evening playing blackjack may realize that they have made almost no progress toward the wagering target despite hours of play. Live dealer games are often restricted in a similar manner, with contribution rates of 0% to 20% being common across the industry. The practical takeaway is that a bonus hunter should find the highest-contributing eligible slots with a high return-to-player percentage and low volatility, because these deliver the smoothest path through the wagering requirement without wild swings in balance that can eliminate the bonus before it is converted.

Disney+ officially revealed Marvel’s brand-new Avengers lineup, and it’s missing key members from the team’s original roster. Marvel established the premise that the Avengers roster has never been fixed, with the lineup changing with every era, medium, and audience.

The MCU introduced the original six Avengers: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Hulk, as the core foundation of the Infinity Saga, and it has evolved since their debut in 2012’s The Avengers. The Thunderbolts* ending then introduced the New Avengers to the MCU, with a lineup led by Yelena Belova and Bucky Barnes. Marvel Comics introduced many distinct teams, most notably the core founding five, namely Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Hank Pym’s Ant-Man, and Janet van Dyne’s Wasp.

X-Men ’97, a series that shared continuity with Spider-Man: The Animated Series and the Iron Man cartoons, confirmed that the Avengers exist, but they rarely appeared as a full team, as former showrunner Beau DeMayo confirmed on X in May 2024 that most of them are off-world due to being occupied with the Kree-Shi’ar war. Still, some members of the team appeared in cameo capacity in the first two seasons, such as Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and Black Panther.

2010’s The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes cartoon featured a lineup that stayed closest to the comics, notably the founding five members plus Captain America, Black Panther, Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, and Vision. 2013’s Avengers: Assemble, meanwhile, mirrored the MCU’s Original Six founding members while adding Falcon as the new recruit.

Disney+ is joining the trend by introducing a brand-new Avengers lineup in the first teaser trailer for Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up. Set to premiere on the streamer on September 24, the trailer featured the lineup of Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Wasp, and Black Panther. Hank Pym’s Ant-Man is set to appear in the upcoming special as well, but is missing from the shot. Thor, Hawkeye, and Black Widow are also missing in this special.

Disney+

The lineup featured mixed versions of characters from existing preschool shows in Disney Jr.’s Marvel preschool universe. Kid Peter Parker and adult Steve Rogers came from Spidey and His Amazing Friends, while Kid Tony Stark and the Iron Man and His Awesome Friends version of Black Panther came from the Iron Man series. Hulk did appear in both, while Wasp and Ant-Man are new additions to this version of the team.

This isn’t the first roster featured in Disney Jr.’s Marvel preschool lineup. In October 2025, Marvel’s Spidey and Iron Man: Avengers Team-Up featured a new Avengers roster featuring Spider-Man, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and Sam Wilson’s Captain America.

The Avengers roster in Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up remixes the same core idea, in which different heroes assemble based on the story it needs to tell (even if that means replacing certain heroes).

Spider-Man serves as the premier headliner of this Avengers lineup, banking on the character’s popularity after the success of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Peter Parker serves as the audience’s entry point into the story, given that the special is set in the world of Spidey and His Amazing Friends.

Spider-Man.
Marvel

The trailer confirmed that he was the one who received the alert about Hallow’s Eve’s arrival in his world, meaning he will likely be the one to recruit the Avengers for the mission to save Halloween. As the glue between the two preschool series and the star of Disney+’s most popular Spidey show, Spider-Man is poised to play an integral role in the upcoming crossover, where he gets the chance to take the spotlight alongside other established Marvel heroes.

Iron Man (kid Tony Stark) serves as the co-lead of Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up, which makes sense considering he is the other lead character of Iron Man and his Awesome Friends. In the trailer, Stark was present alongside Spider-Man during their initial encounter with Hallow’s Eve, suggesting he is part of the recruitment brigade tapping heroes for this Halloween mission, given what’s at stake.

Kid Tony Stark, Iron Man.
Marvel

Similar to his role in the MCU, Stark is expected to provide the technological advancements and endless supplies for the Avengers’ upcoming mission. Similar to Spider-Man, Iron Man may very well end up being the public face of the team when it’s all said and done.

While this version of Tony has been on the team before, kid Stark notably replaced an older version of Iron Man who previously appeared on Spidey and his Amazing Friends, voiced by John Stamos.

Hulk’s inclusion in Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up continues his streak of being a consistent member of the preschool universe’s Avengers roster across both specials. Unlike the MCU’s portrayal of Savage Hulk, which depicted him as chaotic and uncontrollable, the preschool universe’s version of Hulk is seen as the reliable big guy who can get the job done.

It’s also interesting that the Halloween special gave Hulk an upgrade with his gladiator outfit. While this is likely just a Halloween costume that serves as a sly reference to Banner’s time on Sakaar, it could still provide an added boost in protection and strength in battle.

Hulk, Bruce Banner.
Marvel

Steve Rogers’ inclusion in Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Special is quite interesting because it used his adult Spidey and his Amazing Friends design. This marked the last time that Marvel and Disney+’s preschool universe will use Steve’s adult version in the special, as 2027’s Avengers: Mightiest Friends will recast him as a child.

Captain America.
Marvel

As the adult Steve Rogers, he will serve as a natural leader to the team of heroes in the Halloween special, providing much-needed guidance to the young group of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes on their brand-new Avengers mission.

He replaces the previous Captain America from Avengers Team Up, subbing in for Sam Wilson alongside Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. It remains to be seen whether the two Caps can co-exist side-by-side on an Avengers roster, similar to how the mantle was handled in LEGO Marvel Avengers: Strange Tails.

This version’s Black Panther hailed from the Iron Man and His Awesome Friends section of the world, meaning that this is the young King of Wakanda. Like Hulk, he is one of only two supporting Avengers who appeared in both Team-Up specials.

Black Panther.
Marvel

T’Challa’s involvement in the special will likely give the team much-needed Wakandan technology upgrades as well as a taste of what royalty looks like in this fledgling universe.

Wasp (Janet van Dyne) is the only prominent addition to this 2026 Avengers lineup. As a founding Avenger from the comics, her presence is a no-brainer. While her role is still being kept under wraps, as the trailer offers only a brief glimpse of Wasp in action, she is expected to leverage shrinking technology in a well-coordinated battle. Wasp also replaces Ms. Marvel from the first special.

Wasp.
Marvel

She appears to have replaced Ms. Marvel as the only female member of this Avengers incarnation. With no shortage of compelling female superheroes under its banner, hopefully Earth-123-ABC can add a few more to future incarnations of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

While he didn’t appear in the trailer’s assemble shot, the official cast list featured Hank Pym’s Ant-Man as a significant addition and a full-time member of the team. Ant-Man’s shrinking technology should prove to be an advantage against Hallow’s Eve and her allies, and his genius-level intellect could prove handy as he works alongside Tony Stark to create a solution for their Halloween problem.

Ant-Man, Hank Pym.
Marvel

The circumstances surrounding the creation of this unique Avengers lineup in Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up can be seen as a natural stepping stone toward the 2027 preschool Avengers series. Avengers: Mightiest Friends is set to feature kid versions of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Steve Rogers, Hulk, Black Panther, Black Widow, and Thor.

This crossover special pits the heroes against a new villain: Hallow’s Eve, who is determined to ruin Halloween for everyone. The Avengers assembled in the special to save Halloween, a perfect premise for a kids’ show.

Lanterns Episode 5 delivered a major hint about a hidden Manhunter remaining in Rushville that could be the key to solving Hal Jordan’s death in the 2026 timeline. The latest episode of the DC Studios series was dubbed the “midseason finale” by fans because it fully resolved the series’s 2016 timeline with a slew of revelations about the true Manhunter, Antaan’s self-destructive nature, and John’s game-changing choice regarding Hal Jordan’s ring at the end. Amid all these reveals, there was one twist that fans might have overlooked, and it involved a member of the Macon family.

Part of what made Lanterns exciting is the search for the Manhunter in Rushville. It was a crucial storytelling tool that hooked viewers, leading to a plethora of theories about which character is an alien hiding in plain sight. The prevailing theory is that the Manhunter is from the Macon family, and Episode 4’s ending confirmed this after revealing that Zoe was the invader Hal Jordan and John Stewart were looking for.

Lanterns Episode 5 Sneakily Revealed Another Potential Manhunter

DC Studios

Following the huge revelation about Zoe Macon being a Manhunter, Lanterns Episode 5 built up to the show’s final confrontation between her, Hal Jordan, and John Stewart. Before blowing up certain parts of the town to drain the energy of Hal’s Green Lantern ring and cause chaos on the sidelines, Zoe had a heartfelt conversation with her “grandson,” Noah Macon, telling him that a lot of people are going to die in Rushville today, including the ones he loved. She ended the statement with an ominous message, telling Noah, “But no matter what happens, don’t forget everything I’ve told you.” This message clearly did not sound as a goodbye; instead it was seemingly a directive for when she was gone.

It’s pretty telling that Zoe was willing to sacrifice her supposed husband, William Macon, to Antaan during the pivotal confrontation, but not Noah. William was not blindsided. He called her, thanked her for the extra years she gave him, and walked straight to certain death during his confrontation with Antaan. She also ordered Billy off the line and told him his only job was to protect Noah, clearly suggesting that Noah was the only person in Rushville who was more important than her own life and being treated as the one life she was building to groom as a powerful successor.

This could explain why Zoe was seemingly willing to die at any given moment during the final clash with Hal and John, meaning that she knew that another Manhunter would take her place if she did perish, and that is in the form of Noah Macon.

Sheriff Kerry Kane (the 10th DCU character from Gotham) also had to do something for Zoe for helping her out. In the show’s cold open, Zoe killed one of the Gotham thugs hunting Kerry, making Kerry cut off her own pinky as fake proof of death and grow it back in exchange for future protection. It’s possible that part of the deal is creating life in the form of Noah, which Kerry described to Hal as a “miracle.” Zoe might have used Kerry as a surrogate, or she directly created Noah to become another Manhunter (or a half-human-Manhunter hybrid) and assigned Kerry and Billy Macon as his parents as cover.

Having Noah as a backup Manhunter could also explain why Zoe readily accepted death. Zoe looked directly at John’s scope, and she knew that she was targeted, but she didn’t move an inch, implying that she was inclined to die.

If Zoe were truly the last of her kind, she would have dodged, made a move, or threatened Hal Jordan’s life in front of John. She did nothing and took the bullet like a champ. Zoe accepted her death because she knew deep down that Noah understood the assignment and was willing to get the job done in the future when no one else suspected anything.

Why Noah Macon Killed Hal Jordan in the 2026 Timeline Is Due to His Final Directive from Zoe

There are still missing pieces in the puzzle in the grand scheme of things in Lanterns, but the revelation that Noah might be a Manhunter has narrowed down the choices about who killed Hal Jordan in the 2026 timeline. Lanterns Episode 1 confirmed that Noah is still alive in the present-day timeline after Sheriff Kerry Kane (who is still active) told John Stewart that he was now an all-state Quarterback for Rushville.

There was a strong chance that Zoe’s final order for Noah was to “wait and see,” as she had all these years before exacting revenge against the Green Lantern, hiding in plain sight in Rushville. She could’ve told him to live his life in the best way he knew how before delivering the final strike. It is unknown how Noah would’ve lured Hal Jordan back in Rushville, but it’s possible that he may have used her mom (whom everyone knows Hal has a slight crush on), or he might have set up some sort of alien beacon to drag him out.

Zoe could also have spent years teaching Noah about the true nature of Hal Jordan, telling him that the Green Lantern Corps is the enemy and they need to be destroyed at any means possible. Given that Hal doesn’t have the ring anymore in the 2026 timeline, this should be an easy kill for Noah, with or without his Manhunter technology.

Hal’s death is only half the job, since Kerry also managed to lure John Stewart back to Rushville. There is a chance that this is part of the plan, and their end goal is to kill him as well. The first clip (via DC) of Guy Gardner’s visit to Lanterns showed Nathan Fillion’s DCU character visiting John Stewart in prison, meaning John will end up locked in a defenseless state, ready to be killed.

There is strong evidence pointing to Noah’s potential involvement in Hal Jordan’s death. With three episodes left, however, anyone (outside of the three Green Lanterns) can be a suspect, indicating that the job is not finished for both John Stewart and the Manhunter. Hopefully, the answer arrives sooner rather than later.

Sega’s classic console MMO Phantasy Star Online is now playable in your web browser.

PSO Reborn is a new fan project that allows players to jump into PSO in a web browser within minutes, and it works on both PC and mobile web browsers.

You can boot the game up just by opening a link to PSO Reborn, and it accepts mobile touchscreen inputs, controller inputs, and even the traditional keyboard and mouse.

It’s not a perfect replication by any means, with several fans on ResetEra pointing out issues with the project. “Unfortunately ran into a bug in the control customization menu and now I can’t assign any attacks,” Maligna wrote on the forum. “And I don’t see any option to change the controls back to default.”

Other users have highlighted the project’s origins, with Rupika stating: “I’ve been following this on the PSO sub, but the author is using AI to help him code everything and apparently is also big on crypto and other questionable things, so hard pass as a die-hard PSO fan.”

On Reddit, more users were dismissive of the project. “This looks vibe coded,” said brunocar.

User TheCruzKing, who seems to be the author of the project, responded with, “It won’t be for everyone.”

Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis has been available as a free-to-play title on console and PC for a number of years, but PSO Reborn promises to give players an emulated version of the more classic experience.
