Fans are waking up to major announcements today!
Marvel Studios delivered one of the biggest presentations of San Diego Comic-Con, with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige leading a packed Hall H showcase.
The evening included surprise announcements, exclusive footage, and fan moments.
Avengers: Doomsday
The highlight was Avengers: Doomsday, as Feige welcomed directors Anthony and Joe Russo!
An all-star cast also joined, including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Pedro Pascal, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Letitia Wright, Simu Liu, David Harbor, Kelsey Grammer, Rebecca Romijn, Hayley Atwell, and more.
Atwell also confirmed her return as Peggy Carter.
Fans were given Doctor Doom masks and cloaks before watching an exclusive preview of the film.
Marvel also revealed the story will bring heroes from three universes together to face an unprecedented threat. The film opens December 18, 2026.
Ghost Rider
Feige also announced Marvel Studios’ new Ghost Rider film, starring Ryan Gosling and directed by Shawn Levy. Jonathan Tropper is writing the screenplay, with the film scheduled for a 2028 theatrical release.

Jon Bernthal made a surprise appearance to discuss returning as The Punisher in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which arrives in theaters on July 31, 2026.
Black Panther 3

Closing the presentation, Ryan Coogler, Letitia Wright, and Winston Duke confirmed Black Panther 3 will debut on December 15, 2028.
Coogler also introduced Alien: Romulus star David Jonsson as the MCU’s next Black Panther! An exciting year ahead for Marvel fans! Stay tuned for more.
