Jonas Brothers Honored With Star On Hollywood Walk of Fame With Their Familes

After a long and sometimes tough career, The Jonas Brothers have cemented their place in history, quite literally with the addition of their star to the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame.

It’s been nearly two decades since the brothers first started making music. After forming their band in 2005, the New Jersey natives gained popularity from their songs like S.0S. and Year 3000 as well as their appearances on Camp Rock and with their own original show “Jonas” on the Disney Channel. In 2019 the then multi-platinum pop stars returned from a six year hiatus with brand new music.

Their star was dedicated in the category of Recording and the trio was introduced by Monte and Avery Lipman of Republic Records, Ryan Tedder and writer and producer Jon Bellion. During a special ceremony for the brothers and their family on Monday, each of the three musicians took time to pay tribute to their family who was with them for this milestone. Kevin, Joe and Nick each took a moment to thank their parents, friends and fans for their success over the years. They also thanked their respective wives, Danielle Jonas, Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra Jonas who came out to support them.

In his speech, the oldest Kevin, 35, first mentioned his wife Danielle, “Danielle, my beautiful wife. I love you so much. I could not have done this without you. Your support for the past 15 years — you’ve seen us through all of it … thank you for everything.” He then went on to mention their two daughters, Valentina, 6, and Alena, 8, who were with him for the occasion. “Alena, Valentina, this is a pretty cool moment, don’t you think?” he said speaking directly to his two girls. “It’s pretty cool, but you two are my brightest stars. I love you, thank you.” He then gave the fans some love by saying “You have been the driving force behind everything we do so thank you.”

Nick Jonas, 30, first thanked his wife Priyanka, “You are the calm and the crazy, the rock in the storm and I love being married to you,” he said. “It’s the greatest gift. I love being a parent with you.” and then went on to mention their newborn daughter Malti Marie who was also at the eventNick and Priyanka had also brought to the event, “Malti Marie, I can’t wait to come back here with you in 15 years and embarrass you in front of your friends.”

“Knowing our grandkids will be able to come see this is really meaningful and that we got to share this with our incredible fans,” said Nick Jonas.

Joe Jonas ,33, thanked his wife Sophie calling her his “partner in crime.” He then gave a shoutout to his 2 little girls who were back home saying “To my little ones at home, Daddy loves you to the moon and back.”

The brothers also gave fans a treat by announcing a new album, called “The Album” which will be releasing in May.
