On Friday, Jennifer Lopez showed off her gym-toned physique as she walked to her work out studio in Los Angeles for some exercise and training. The sporty songstress was wearing a color-coordinated set, with a long-sleeved crop top made out of sweatshirt material and in a pale, seashell pink. Beneath, she wore leggings in a white and pink diamond pattern, a pair of white sneakers, and carried a white leather Gucci purse to match those.
J.Lo had her hair swept up in a pony tail, and wore a gold chain with a circular drop medallion around her neck.
On Sunday, Lopez is receiving recognition at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, People reports, and will be presented with the Generation Award, described in a release as being an award that “celebrates beloved actors whose diverse contributions to both film and television have turned them into household names.”
Other past recipients include Scarlett Johansson, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Chris Pratt, Will Smith, Reese Witherspoon, Robert Downey, Jr., Mark Wahlberg, Sandra Bullock, Jamie Foxx, Johnny Depp, Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise, and Jim Carrey.
The event is being held at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, and Vanessa Hudgens is serving as a host for the hotly anticipated night. Some big name celebrities who will be making an appearance on stage include Chris Evans, Awkwafina and Rebel Wilson. Comedian Jack Black is going to be honored with the Comedic Genius Award, and Snoop Dogg has a performance scheduled. Hudgens previously hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Greatest of All Time in 2020.
Lopez has been receiving a lot of recognition for her work lately. The 52-year-old was given the Icon Award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March, where she said in her acceptance speech, “I’m just getting started.”
