Jenna Johnson and her husband, Val Chmerkovskiy, officially welcomed their baby boy to the world, and the star announced the big news with an adorable Instagram post shared on Wednesday.
The Dancing With The Stars pro, 28, tied the knot with the ballroom dancer, 36, in 2019, and the two lovebirds announced they were expecting their first child earlier last year in July.
The cute post showcased a black and white snap of both Jenna and Val’s hands cradling their baby’s tiny one. ‘Our world is forever changed,’ she movingly penned in the caption to her nearly one million followers.
The happy news comes just one month after Jenna mourned the tragic loss of her baby niece.

Although the heartfelt post was uploaded on Wednesday, Jenna revealed that their son was born the day before on Tuesday. The couple have yet to announce the official name they have chosen for their first child.
However, shortly after the two lovebirds announced the news that they were expecting, the beauty opened up to People about choosing a name.
‘We actually have had a boy and a girl name picked out for three years now,’ she admitted to the publication. ‘Val actually picked out the name for our boy, so we have it.’
The dancer, who was first recognized when appearing on So You Think You Can Dance, stated that she wasn’t completely set in stone with the name. ‘I’m a visual person for sure,’ she explained.
‘I really want to see him first before we make that decision. So far we have one that I’m pretty set on, so who knows, it might switch the day of.’

The couple shared in July 2022 that they were expecting their first child on Instagram, with Jenna writing, ‘Our biggest dream come true yet. Baby Chmerkovskiy coming this January!’
She emotionally added, ‘My heart has grown beyond comprehension while growing this little miracle inside of me. We can’t wait to meet our precious angel.’
That same month, Jenna revealed the difficulties she faced becoming pregnant, penning a lengthy caption to her fans. ‘We had actually stopped trying to conceive for about 6 months to mentally/emotionally give ourselves a break,’ adding that upon discovering she had finally conceived, she felt ‘shock’ and ‘disbelief.’
The talented dancer wrote that, ‘our journey getting to this point wasn’t an easy one,’ adding that she experienced, ‘two years of infertility, and hundreds of negative tests after negative tests’ and that, ‘it was heart wrenching at times to stay optimistic…’
Johnson positively concluded, ‘It may not happen on your timeline and the journey may rip your heart open at times, but don’t give up on yourself and your precious baby! It will happen.’
