Whether you believe it or not, multiple sources say Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are, indeed, dating.
According to one source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, the pair are enjoying a “casual” romance. “They are keeping things casual at this point. It’s not serious, but Kylie is enjoying hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes,” the source said in a report published on April 17. “It’s been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships. It’s new and exciting for Kylie and she’s having a lot of fun.”
This echoes a statement from a source that spoke with People about a week after the dating rumors first went viral on April 6. After Deux Moi broke our collective brains with their “new couple alert” and Kylie’s car was photographed in Chalamet’s driveway, a source told the publication that the 25-year-old reality star and the 27-year-old Academy Award nominee “are hanging out and getting to know each other.”
While many thought Kylothée was gearing up to hard-launch their alleged relationship during the first weekend of Coachella 2023—where Kylie’s sister Kendall Jenner was seen getting “very cozy” with her rumored boyfriend Bad Bunny—the Entertainment Tonight source said the Kylie Cosmetics mogul thought better of it. “Kylie decided she didn’t want to make things public with Timothée this past weekend at Coachella,” the source said, adding that she “really just wanted to chill and have fun with her friends.”
Despite the popular theory that Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet first met in January at the Jean Paul Gaultier show at Paris Fashion Week, it’s possible they actually met through Kendall. “Timothée is also friends with Kendall,” the source told ET. “It’s been easy for Kylie to integrate him into her life.”
