Amid the scourge of “neutral” nursery decor (kids love colors, not your aesthetic!), Gigi Hadid (a true design enthusiast) celebrated daughter Khai’s third birthday with all the stuff little girls love: rainbows, Disney princesses, and mom time.
In an Instagram grid post, the model, who shares her daughter with ex Zayn Malik, showed off bits and pieces of Khai’s birthday celebration, parties past, and moments together. “Have been celebrating our THREE YR OLD this week ??⚡️? & just so honored to get to be her mama, to get to see life through her !!!! Happy Birthday to my sweetest, smartest, spunkiest bestie !!!!!!!! ? DREAM KID / love of my life???” she captioned the post, which drew comments from friends including Kylie Jenner, Nina Dobrev, and Kate Hudson. And, of course, grandma Yolanda, who wrote, “❤️Greatest gift of all ?.”
Hadid has maintained a strict policy of keeping Khai’s face off of the internet, so the pictures instead are of her food, or are posed or edited in such a way that we don’t get a clear look at the toddler, which is a totally fair and understandable parenting move. And anyway, there’s still so much cuteness in store!
