Vampire Survivors Adventures Update Finally Has a Release Date & It’s Sooner Than You’d Think

Poncle is the gift that keeps giving. Vampire Survivors keeps getting new content, not just through paid DLCs (although they’re dirt cheap), but within the core game. Now, the Adventures Update is coming up, and it’s sooner than you’d think. I’ve seen it, and I tell you, it’s A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

As revealed by poncle in a post on X on December 4, the new Vampire Survivors Adventure Mode is coming out on December 6, 2023. Like, in two days. Yes, really.

Surprisingly enough, it’s been over a year since Vampire Survivors’ 1.0 release, and we are now close to 1.8. Before I say, “What’s next for Poncle?” and talk about more cool stuff, have a look at the 45-second trailer below:

In Adventure Mode, you’ll have an opportunity to play through new Vampire Survivors’ stories that try to explain the lore behind some characters (and the story of Vampire Survivors itself).

To not spoil much, I will just say that there are three new stories to play through, and it might take up to a dozen hours in-game to finish them all. And, of course, more adventure-mode stories will probably be added to the game as time passes. It’s almost as if Adventure Mode is getting both a horizontal and vertical expansion.

As for beyond that, Poncle has published a Chaos Roadmap. It’s a very cryptic telltale of what will happen to Vampire Survivors in the future. There are a lot of terms, icons, and names, but it’s all so chaotic and messy that only one thing is certain: more content!

Prima Games will host complete Day 1 coverage for the entirety of Adventure Mode so make sure to check back if you are stuck; we’ll save you in a heartbeat.
