Tom Brady Paid Tribute to Ex-Wife Gisele Bündchen on Mother’s Day

Tom Brady is paying tribute to all the mothers in his life—including exes Gisele Bündchen and Bridget Moynahan.

On Mother’s Day, the former NFL player shared a series of family photos in honor of his own mom, Galynn, as well as the mother of his three children, Moynahan and Bündchen. Brady and Moynahan dated from around 2004 to 2006 before welcoming their now-15-year-old son, Jack, in 2007. Brady also shares a 13-year-old son, Benjamin, and a 10-year-old daughter, Vivian, with Bündchen, whom he was married to from February 2009 to October 2022.

“Happy Mothers [sic] Day to all these amazing women who have given our family so much throughout their lives,” Brady captioned his Instagram post. “Thank you all for your love, compassion and kindness, and for setting such an amazing example for all of our little ones.”

He added, “We are all so grateful for your support and helping us all achieve our dreams. I wish all the mothers in the world a special day with the people that love them the most.”

Prior to the end of their 13-year marriage, Gisele Bündchen publicly expressed her desire for Tom Brady to be “more present” in his children’s lives. “I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again,” she said in an Elle interview, which was published in September 2022—just a month before she announced their divorce

In late March, the 42-year-old model got candid about their split in an interview with Vanity Fair. “It’s tough because you imagine your life was going to be a certain way, and you did everything you could, you know?” Bündchen said. “You give everything you got to achieve your dream. You give a hundred percent of yourself, and it’s heartbreaking when it doesn’t end up the way you hoped for and worked for, but you can only do your part.”
