And what better way to prepare than by revisiting another beloved workplace mockumentary’s take on the holiday? Head to Peacock or bust out the DVD box sets and treat yourself to The Office Season 2, Episode 16, “Valentine’s Day” to see Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration (Robert R. Shafer) shower Phyllis (Phyllis Smith) with gifts; Roy (David Denman) royally screw things up with Pam (Jenna Fischer); and Michael (Steve Carell) head to New York to meet David Wallace (Andy Buckley). One of the series’ most underrated episodes, “Valentine’s Day” gifts several fan-favorite quotes, Michael’s big Sbarro scene, Dwight’s (Rainn Wilson) bobblehead, a Charles Esten cameo, and Ryan’s (BJ Novak) glorious “I hooked up with her on February 13th” meme. What’s not to love?
