The Mandalorian is finally back on Disney+ with a brand new season and it’s… fine? Okay, yeah, maybe the Season 3 premiere wasn’t exactly a solid outing for a show that truly set the bar so high with Season 2. But even a mediocre episode of The Mandalorian still has stunning visuals and an overabundance of cute critters. Did the plot call for Grogu to play with a Babu Frik like a toy? Probably not, but I’m really glad that the show went ahead and did it anyway. When all else fails, give Grogu something to do and we will be happy. And not to give anything away, but, next week’s episode of The Mandalorian kicks Season 3 into gear.
