A female staffer at LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida, spoke in a calm voice when she made the 911 call as she told the dispatcher: ‘There’s blood all over the place.’
She then could be heard asking Tekashi if he needed a paramedic. He responded in the background: ‘Nah, nah, I’m good.’
Last week, the alleged attackers – Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Anthony Maldonado, 25, and Octavious Medina, 23, were arrested on robbery and assault charges.
In the call obtained by Page Six, the unidentified woman can be heard calling 911 just two minutes after the assault.
‘Some, I think, guys, they just jumped one of the members in the bathroom and there’s, like, blood all over the place,’ the woman says.
The dispatcher asks if a paramedic is needed, which the caller then relays to Tekashi, who is heard in the background: ‘Nah, nah, I’m good.’
When asked if any weapons are involved, she says no and tells the dispatcher that three men beat up the rapper and had left but were in the parking lot.
The caller was not able to give a clear description of the attackers but told the dispatcher that they had security cameras.

In videos circulating online, they called him a ‘rat’ who wouldn’t be tolerated in their ‘hood.’

Tekashi 6ix9ine, known for his rainbow-colored hair and ’69’ tattoo on his forehead, previously faced decades in prison as part of a racketeering case in which he was accused of using a violent gang as a ‘personal hit squad.’
Instead, his sentence was reduced to about two years after his testimony against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, earning him a label as a ‘snitch.’
It was part of a widespread crackdown on gangs in New York, during which nine members of the same gang were taken into custody.
He quickly abandoned his co-defendants, cutting a deal with the prosecution instead and agreeing to be their star witness.
In court, he took the stand to describe the inner workings of the gang and his own ascent through it.
‘We participated in a lot of crimes. Robberies, assaults, drugs,’ he said.
As a result, Anthony Ellison – one of his co-defendants – was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
