Teddi Mellencamp gave her fans an update on her stage IV cancer battle on Thursday while sharing a throwback exercise video from 2024.
‘Pre-brain tumor Teddi took herself very seriously on the gram,’ the 45-year-old RHOBH alum, who is in remission, wrote via Instagram story.
‘Nine more months of [weekly immunotherapy] treatments. Let’s hope I’ll be back to being cringe in my workout posts soon [because] I know y’all miss them.’
Mellencamp called immunotherapy ‘the worst’ and admitted she was feeling ‘sick’ while asking her 1.2 million Instagram followers for recommendations on comedies and stand-up specials she can stream while recovering.
She had ‘no detectable cancer’ in her body as recently as last October after undergoing radiation as well as several surgeries to remove 16 melanomas on her back and plum-sized tumors on her brain.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Mellencamp’s representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Mellencamp is gearing up to throw her son Cruz Arroyave’s 12th birthday bash this Friday.

On Thursday, the 49-year-old Skyline Security CEO shared an Instagram story of himself dancing with his girlfriend since October, Elsa, during a romantic getaway to Portofino, Italy.
The mysterious blonde posed with an autographed vinyl record and wrote: ‘Looks like we won a prize for dancing!’
Mellencamp and Arroyave paused her 2024 divorce filing due to her ailing health, but they continue to date other people while partly sharing their $6.5 million Encino marital home.
