Though the hype for Barbie has revived with the highly acclaimed movie of Greta Gerwig, Millie Bobby Brown has always been the one. The actress channeled her inner Barbiecore when she was only 11. Fans might remember episode 4 of season 1 Stranger Things where Mike and his friends gave Eleven a makeover. Many failed to notice the actress took the avatar of Barbie donning a pink dress and the iconic golden hair. Now, years after that moment, she has jumped ship claiming the Ken-Ergy in a new post on social media.

Millie Bobby Brown recently took to her Instagram to share a picture of herself. And it looks like the fever of Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie’s Barbie has taken over her. The actress wrote in the caption, “It’s giving ken-ergy” while sharing her mirror selfie with fans. In the post, the young superstar looked breathtaking, with her hair tied in a messy bun and her clean skin beaming on the camera. She sported a maroon top, pairing it with some aesthetic accessories.

Brown wore golden round hoops and a tiny pendant on her neck, while her makeup brand commented, “slaying as usual ??”. This post has come only days after she went out with her sister Ava and fiance on an adventurous date. Meanwhile, the 19-year-old is not the only one who is inspired by Ken this season. Her beau Jake Bongiovi also shared a picture of the handsome Ken on his Instagram story.

From what we gather, these two have watched the movie and now they can not get enough of it. But this is not certainly the first time this couple became influenced by these hot Barbie vibes.

In 2022, when Millie Bobby Brown turned 18, she celebrated this milestone with a theme party. For her birthday bash, she and her then-boyfriend dressed up as Barbie and Ken. Bongiovi posted a selfie showcasing their coordinated styles and blonde hair. The teen wore a long wig of light color and a corset-style floral Annie’s Ibiza dress. On the other hand, the Sweethearts star bleached his hair and sported a floral collared shirt.

Though the couple only did this once, they are indeed Barbie and Ken for life. They are inseparable and belong with each other, no matter what they want to do. Brown and Bongiovi are always together, especially since the 21-year-old went on his knees and asked for the actress’ hand a few months back.
