Shilpa Shetty all set to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi
Shilpa Shetty will be seen in Sukhee which is releasing on September 22. Sukhee also stars Kusha Kapila in a pivotal role.
Shilpa Shetty is all set for her next release Sukhee. The trailer has impressed the audience and has received a huge thumbs up. The film will be clashing with Vicky Kaushal’s The Great Indian Family. Both films are releasing on September 22. However, ahead of the release, the actress as per her traditional ritual brought Lord Ganesh home. She was seen picking up the idol with her hubby Raj Kundra. The photos and video have gone viral on social media.
In the video, shared by Instant Bollywood, we can see Shilpa dressed in green colour Anarkali suit with multicoloured dupatta picking the Ganesh idol. Raj Kundra who is hiding his face by wearing a mask is carrying the idol. The couple every year celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with full fervour. She always brings Ganesh’s idol home.

Recently, Shilpa Shetty made shocking claims. In a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, the actress recalled how she was trolled for her post-pregnancy weight. Shilpa was quoted saying in the interview, “It was my business to be glamorous. People couldn’t understand how I had not lost weight for 8 months after the birth of my child. But I did not want to lose weight. Also, I did not pay any attention to it. The day I decided to, I lost it in 3 months. Logon ka kaam hai kehna yar (People are conditioned to say stuff). You can’t change how people think. I can’t take them too seriously.”
Shilpa Shetty also opened up about how she has never been counted as a top actress despite getting love from fans.
Sukhee also stars Kusha Kapila in a pivotal role. The story revolves around a housewife who finally breaks free from her monotonous routine and goes to Delhi for her school reunion. Shilpa Shetty will soon be making her OTT debut with Rohit Shetty’s web series Indian Police Force co-starring Sidharth Malhotra.
