Every Taylor Swift Era has a color associated with it, for good or bad. When it comes to 1989 (Taylor’s Version,) I have to go with blue.
Maybe you’ll disagree but looking at the album cover and all of Taylor’s photos, it’s clear blue is a huge part of that album. In a way, 1989 (Taylor’s Version) is a lot sadder than I remember so that’s something to consider, too.
In honor of that and the album as a whole, I wanted to share some of Taylor’s best blue outfits from all of her Eras. While I do have something planned for other colors in the future, I wanted to make sure I showed love to the Era we’re all in again.
Of course, we’ll see what album Taylor decides to re-record next as she only has her debut album and Reputation. Either way, this list is going to be looking at 8 of Taylor Swift’s best blue outfits. I am frankly too excited for this one so let’s get into it.
Taylor Swift looks beautiful in blue so let’s see some of her best blue outfits.
1. Taylor Swift’s look at her Eras Tour Movie premiere
The first look had to be none other than Taylor’s recent and iconic blue look. Her dress for the Eras Tour Movie felt like a love letter to 1989. I don’t know what it is about this color mixed with the texture on it and the flowers, it’s just so beautiful. Plus she decided to style her hair curly and pair it with her red lip. It’s just unmatched.
While this is an easy one to start with, I didn’t want to just focus on some of Taylor’s most popular looks as this woman has worn a lot of looks since she’s been in the spotlight. With that being said, don’t be shocked to see some older looks on here so let’s get into the other 7.
2. Taylor Swift wears a blue dress for her big announcement
Let’s be real: Taylor Swift wore a lot of iconic looks during the first leg of the Eras Tour. She decided to revamp her looks for the announcement of 1989 (Taylor’s Version) though. She ditched some of the other colors and went with blue. While she rocked a few different blue looks, I absolutely adore this one on her.
I don’t know what it is about this rich blue, but it looks amazing on her. She just looks like a fairy princess. Let’s be honest with ourselves and just say that she’s the queen of pop. There’s no way she’s giving up that title and this iconic blue dress helped cement her status as she announced 1989 (TV.)
