Marvel fans from across Disneyland assembled today for the premiere of Rogers: The Musical at the Hyperion Theater at Disney California Adventure park.
As part of the Disney100 celebration, this all-new, one-act live production will be performed through August 31, 2023.

The classic tale of heroes, time travel, and romance tells the story of Steve Rogers, who would one day become Captain America.
In addition to the patriotic hero, the show features Peggy Carter, Nick Fury and even some of the Avengers themselves!

Rogers: The Musical Brought To Life
The Disney California Adventure show is inspired by the fictional Broadway musical theater sequence featured in the first episode of the Disney+ series Hawkeye. Ever since the show debuted, fans have dreamed of seeing the musical in real life. Now they can!

The show features five all-new songs written by Grammy-winning composer Christopher Lennertz and lyrics by Jordan Peterson, Christopher Lennertz and Alex Karukas. The musical also features fan-favorite songs “Save the City” from Hawkeye and “Star Spangled Man” from Captain America the First Avenger.
Disney Offering Virtual Queue
Due to the demand for the show, Disney recommends joining the virtual queue to secure a seat for the showing. Every day the show is performed, distribution for the complimentary virtual queue begins at 10:30 a.m. PT for the first two show times for he day and 2 p.m. PT for the remaining shows.

Rogers: The Musical Premium Viewing Experience
Avengers super fans also have the option of purchasing the Rogers: The Musical Premium Viewing Experience package from the Studio Catering Co. Truck in Hollywood Land. Available in limited quantities per performance, the package includes a Rogers: The Musical popcorn bucket, bottled beverage, lounge seating before the show, priority choice seating in the theater, a souvenir lanyard and access to a unique photo opportunity.

For today’s debut showings, the Rogers: The Musical Premium Viewing Experience, which costs $29, sold out for all four shows in less than an hour!
So, if you plan on indulging in this up-charge experience, be sure to get there early!
