Rita Ora took a page from Rihanna’s style guide and wrote a whole damn book.
On March 10, the 32-year-old singer attended Creative Artists Agency’s pre-Oscars party in a head-to-toe lingerie-inspired look. Posing at the private event with her husband, director Taika Waititi, Ora was photographed in a sheer black cropped bra top, which she paired with a pair of black underwear and an ultra high-slit maxi skirt, topping off the entire look with sheer black opera gloves, chunky silver jewelry, and what appears to be the same garter strap stockings Hailey Bieber rocked on back in January.
Though Waititi dressed his black suit down with a simple white t-shirt and gold chain, Ora went for a full-on Hollywood glamour moment with an eccentric bouffant hairstyle, a sultry winged eye look, and a ’90s lip with brown liner.
This comes just one day after Rita Ora fully embraced the no-pants trend for a night out on the town. On March 9, Ora was photographed wearing a set of semi-sheer stockings, pairing the undergarments with a crochet crop top, pink fur coat, and a Black Swan-inspired hair and makeup look.
Of course, this is far from the first or second time Ora has stepped out with her undergarments on display. Toward the end of 2022, the singer came in hot with a parade of sheer ensembles highlighting the adornments underneath. There was her British Fashion Awards dress that was basically a piece of thin chiffon attached to a bra. Just before that, she wore a nude mesh hood dress over a black thong. And who can forget her latex dress and star pasties combo?
It’s official: Rita Ora is in her boudoir fashion era—and we’re living for it.
