What’s New In Disney Lorcana: Rise Of The Floodborn
Floodborn cards are a kind of variant of the traditional Disney characters they display. For example, the Hades (Amber) card from The First Chapter shows off what the character would’ve been like if he’d become king of Olympus and shows the character in Zeus’ garb. Based on the new cards shown so far for Rise of the Floodborn, it looks like a lot more of these variants are incoming, which is an exciting prospect.
In addition to the Iluminner’s Trove and Disney100 Edition Gift Set, card sleeves and deck boxes featuring Sisu from Raya and the Last Dragon and Mulan in armor will be available to purchase. Playmats featuring Winnie the Pooh, Hunny Wizard and Beast are also up for grabs when Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn arrives later this year.
