Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha have kicked off their pre-wedding function with a special prayer meet at the Gurudwara and a photo from the same has now leaked online. Parineeti and Raghav are getting married on September 23 and 24, this weekend, in Udaipur. Ahead of their destination wedding, Parineeti and Raghav hosted an intimate prayer gathering at a Gurudwara in New Delhi.

Tamil composer and actor Vijay Antony’s daughter, Meera, died by alleged suicide on September 19. She just was 16. Meera’s mortal remains were taken to a church in Nungambakkam on Wednesday morning for last rituals, where her mother Fatima Vijay Antony broke down in tears. As per a post, shared by Thanthi TV on its official X account, during Meera’s last rites, an inconsolable Fatima said: “I carried you in the womb… You could have said a word to me.”

Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar have become proud parents to a baby girl. The couple shared a joint statement on Wednesday and revealed that both mummy and baby are perfectly fine. “We are blessed with a Baby GIRL! The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well! We would like to thank our Gynaec @dhruptidedhia who was hands on with the baby right since conceiving till birth and special thanks to our family @dnamjoshi & @masuuma at @criticareasiahospitals for giving us the best delivery experience possible! And we are elated! ❤️❤️❤️ pls bless the baby,” their statement read.

Director Mahesh Bhatt is marking his 75th birthday today. On this special day, his wife Soni Razdan extended her wishes on social media and offered fans a glimpse of his ‘then and now’ photos. Meanwhile, their daughter Pooja Bhatt penned an emotional note for her father and shared unseen photos of him on social media. Sharing a photo of her childhood self with daddy dearest and one from her adult years, Alia Bhatt wrote, “To the moon and back.. love you papa.. happy birthday my wise man.”

Shehnaaz Gill visited the new parliament building on Wednesday, September 20. The actress was also accompanied by her Thank You For Coming co-stars Bhumi Pednekar, Shibani Bedi and Dolly Singh. Following their visit, Shehnaaz called the parliament block beautiful and talked about the proposed Women’s Reservation Bill too. She mentioned that the bill is a ‘great step’ and added that it hints towards the progress of the country.
