Based on the off-Broadway stage play, Trevor: The Musical follows a 13-year-old with a vivid imagination, as he deals with being a teen struggling to navigate his queer identity in a challenging world. The musical is an adaptation of the 1995 Oscar-winning short film Trevor, which would inspire the creation of The Trevor Project, an LGBTQ+ youth suicide nonprofit. William Hagelberger stars in the title role. Trevor: The Musical debuts on Disney+ on June 24.
Rutherford Falls is back for a second season on Peacock on June 16. Best friends Nathan Rutherford (Ed Helms) and Reagan Wells (Jana Schmieding) tackle careers, romance and significant changes to their small town and the Native American reservation it borders. The cast includes Jesse Leigh, Dustin Milligan, Dallas Goldtooth and Kaniehtiio Horn.
The knives are sharpened for Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend. Five new Iron Chefs will oversee a group of Challenger Chefs in the reimagined Kitchen Stadium as they face off in a series of challenging culinary creations. The last Challenger Chef left standing will return in a final battle for the chance to be named the first-ever Iron Legend. The competition series will stream on Netflix on June 15.
Kevin Hart is a bumbling sales consultant who gets caught up in a hilarious and deadly case of mistaken identity with the world’s deadliest assassin (Woody Harrelson) known as The Man From Toronto. Patrick Hughes directs with a screenplay from Robbie Fox and Jason Blumenthal. The Man From Toronto streams on Netflix on June 24.
