In a sweet tribute, Meadow Walker, the daughter of late Fast & Furious star Paul Walker, has announced that she has a cameo in Fast X.

Meadow shared the news in an Instagram post earlier today, along with a brief photo that appeared to be her dressed as a flight attendant.

“The first fast was released when I was one year old! I grew up on set watching my father, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and more on the monitors,” she wrote in the caption. “Thanks to my dad, I was born into the fast family. I can’t believe now I get to be up there too. With those who have been around to see me grow up.”

She also thanked director Louis Leterrier “for your kindness, patience and support.”

“I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever,” she concluded.

Paul Walker starred in six Fast & Furious movies – one of the anchors of the franchise, along with Vin Diesel – before he passed away in 2013. He was working on Furious 7 at the time of his death, which was released posthumously in 2015.

The Fast Saga has continued since then, although the memory of Walker and his character, Brian O’Conner, remain present. Recently though, Diesel acknowledged that the series has yet to officially say goodbye to O’Conner, and will do that before the franchise ends (its upcoming untitled 11th movie is expected to be its last).

“That moment in 2013 when the world was struggling with his loss, the studio made a very bold and righteous and daring decision to keep Brian O’Conner alive,” Diesel said in an interview with Total Film. “I will give you this without spoiling anything: I couldn’t imagine this saga ending without truly saying goodbye to Brian O’Conner.”
