Summer might just be the best time of the year—but not for the reason you think: It’s when the highly-anticipated Nordstrom Anniversary Sale happens, a.k.a. the mega-retailer’s annual blowout that brings jaw-dropping markdowns across fashion, beauty, home (and pretty much every other category). It’s basically summer’s own Black Friday.
In 2023, the event will run from July 11 to August 6, with the earliest days reserved for Nordstrom’s most dedicated shoppers. Although we don’t know exactly what will be included this time around—the sale preview begins on July 3—the retailer has been dropping some hints. Birkenstock, Dyson, Rails, Good American, and Veronica Beard will be included this year; last year, Ugg, La Mer, Spanx, and Jo Malone were marked down. Expect to see plenty of designer bags, summer sneakers and tops, luxury beauty, face sunscreen, swimsuits, and hair dryers included.
