Next Level Chef is back for Season 2 on Fox and you know what that means: more Richard Blais! Oh, chefs Gordon Ramsay and Nyesha Arrington are still as commanding, inspirational, and intimidating as ever, but if you’re like me, the founder of the #GaysForBlais hashtag that will be a thing eventually probably, then you’ve been an admirer of Blais for — oh my god, 15 years? The man is aging in reverse and he’s turning out some of the low-key freshest looks of any reality TV host/judge around. I’m a proud #TrailBlaiser from way back and I’m glad that Next Level Chef is giving me the content I crave, which is apparently a handsome chef with an impossible mane and stylish threads trying to help a half dozen up-and-coming chefs prep a meal in time to slide it onto an elevator table before time runs out.
