Mzansi's famous faces celebrate Father's Day with touching tributes

Father’s Day is being celebrated across the world and here at home in South Africa. Many are taking to social media to honour their fathers and father figures in their lives.

Here are some of the Father’s Day posts shared by Mzansi’s famous faces.

TV presenter Moshe Ndiki, who is a father to twins, celebrated himself and wished fathers a good day. “Happy Fathers Day to me ❤️

“In my mind I’m playing Billie Eilish- What was I made for, and honestly , I was made to be your dad chaps❤️ Happy Fathers Day to all the present dads out there.❤️”

Reality TV star Nonku Williams shared a touching post to her partner, businessman Lungani Rammaledi. 

Sharing a picture of Rammaledi, Williams wrote in her caption: “A father shows up for his children no matter what. And you do, every single time. For your kids, for mine. Thank you for being present, supportive and the father figure they look up to. We appreciate you deeply.”

Actress Gail Mabalane shared a message to her husband Kabelo Mabalane her children’s hero.

DJ Zinhle shared a video of her husband Morda and father to her daughter Asante, hard at work getting avocados from a tree. “Happy Fathers Day to a super kind dad @murdahbongz… ❤️” she captioned the video.

Rugby superstar Siya Kolisi shared a picture of himself with his dad and expressed his gratitude to him and wished all fathers a good day encouraging them to continue the good work.

“Gqwashu ❤️ Ndiyabulela, Without wena andikho !Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers and father figure , ningadinwa! Nako bhuti malume, tanci, nocousin . Silaphaw nje ninj,” he wrote.

Broadcaster Mapaseka Mokwele shared a touching message to her husband and father of her children Thabo T-Bose Mokwele.
