Not even the biggest celebrities can escape an occasional breakout. Zits come for everyone, including Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown. The actor and Florence by Mills founder just shared her go-to routine for dealing with a pesky pimple in a super relatable new video.
In the vid, we see Millie in her bathroom in a silky peach robe with her hair pulled back in a ponytail and zero makeup. She points out a small breakout near her nose and another on her forehead, saying the areas are not very “happy,” and she thinks they’re hormonal. “I’m having a pretty rough night with my skin,” she shares. Thankfully she has her own skin care and beauty line to help her out.
Millie reaches for two trusted products that help shrink those zits and calm down angry skin. First, she applies a few dots of Florence by Mills’s Clear the Way Clarifying Mud Mask, which is formulated with charcoal powder and salicylic acid to unclog pores and Kaolin clay to help exfoliate. “I just use it basically for spot treatments,” she says. “I apply it to areas that I feel need cleaning; I just put a little bit on my chin.” (Millie’s mud mask is currently out of stock, but Origins’ Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask is a similar pick.)

For the small cluster near her nose, Millie opts for the Spot a Spot Acne Patches, made with peppermint oil, salicylic acid, and tea tree oil to shrink spots and protect them from bacteria and picking. “With this one that looks really angry with me, I’m going to put one of our stickers on that to give it the love it needs.”
Millie applies two zit stickers to “double up” the area since it’s a small cluster. In true Florence fashion, the stickers are shaped like the brand’s signature whale motif and come in a sweet pale purple color. And voilà! Those zits don’t stand a chance.
