In a land far, far away from Scary Island and the Berserk-shires, Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan are being put to work. In Bravo’s latest spinoff series, Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, the Real Housewives of New York City stars are packing their designer bags and jetting off to Benton, Illinois, where they are tasked with rehabbing the small, midwestern town. Aside from laborious jobs bestowed upon them by the mayor, the show — which is reminiscent of Simple Life and Schitt’s Creek — hilariously captures all the hijinks (and flirting) that are sure to follow these beloved reality stars wherever they go.
