Today’s trailer roundup includes Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building Season 2 and Netflix’s Persuasion.
Hulu released a new trailer for the second season of Only Murders in the Building, which premieres on June 28th with two new episodes. Weekly episodes follow on Tuesdays.
In the series, Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez are back as three amateur sleuths investigating a series of ongoing murders in their building.
Based on the Jane Austen novel, Persuasion stars Dakota Johnson, Henry Golding and Cosmo Jarvis. Johnson plays Anne Elliot, a non-conforming woman with modern sensibilities who gets caught up in a love triangle with an old flame (Jarvis). Now, she must choose between her family obligations or her heart’s desire.
Persuasion debuts on Netflix on July 15 and is directed by Carrie Cracknell with a screenplay by Ron Bass and Alice Victoria Winslow.
