Varun Dhawan has set the internet buzzing with the teaser of his upcoming song Wow from Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hi Hai, leaving fans excited for what promises to be a high-energy track. Along with the teaser, Varun also revealed the release date of the full track.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Varun Dhawan shared the teaser of the song ‘Wow’ and wrote, “24th April you will go WOW!! #WOW song out this friday. #HaiJawaniTohIshqHonaHai in cinemas on 22nd May 2026.” Fans reacted with heart emojis. The first track was also loved by everyone. Varun Dhawan had admitted that he was felt nervous while dancing infront of Salman Khan as he was there for the rehearsal.

When the teaser of Varun Dhawan’s upcoming movie Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai was released recently, the use of AI toddlers in the clip left many disappointed and initiated a quiz online. However, amid the controversy, the film’s director, David Dhawan, has also opened up about the use of AI in the teaser. Recently, the filmmaker was speaking to the news agency ANI when he clarified that AI has not been used in his film but only in the teaser.
“AI has not been used in the film at all… It has only been used in the teaser,” David Dhawan said. “We decided to do something different and made it. It is just a teaser. Once songs are out, you’ll know that the film has nothing to do with AI,” he added.

Helmed by David Dhawan, the cast also includes Mouni Roy, Rohit Saraf, Jimmy Shergill, Chunky Panday, Maniesh Paul, Rajesh Kumar and Kubbra Sait, among others, in key roles. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on May 22.
