Disney+ on Thursday showed off the official clip for the upcoming Season 3 of The Mandalorian, the streaming service’s flagship Star Wars live-action series from Lucasfilm. It hits the streamer March 1.
Pedro Pascal returns as Mando aka Din Djarin, and so does Grogu, in the clip revealed today that includes Carl Weathers’ Greef Carga.
“I’m confused, I thought you had completed your mission but you’re still running around here with the same little critter,” Greef says to Mando, pointing at Grogu who is twirling in a desk chair seemingly bored with the adults’ conversation.
“It’s complicated,” Mando replies. “I completed my quest; he returned to me. I removed my helmet, and now I am an apostate.”
Cue Grogo using the force to snatch a piece of candy from a bowl on the opposite corner of the desk.
Katee Sackhoff, Amy Sedaris, Emily Swallow and Giancarlo Esposito also return for Season 3, which will see Mando cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.
In the Season 3 trailer that dropped last month, the bounty hunter revealed that he is also going back to Mandalore so he can be forgiven for his transgressions.
