EXCLUSIVE: Sung Kang and Emelia Hartford know a thing or two about driving fast cars in movies with their roles in Fast and Furious and Gran Turismo, respectively.
The pair have now teamed up to launch a new car-focused podcast with iHeartPodcasts.
Car Stories will see the duo take listeners into the wild and eccentric world of car people, the gear heads and fanatics who live and breathe car culture, and what their obsession tells us about ourselves, whether we’re car people or not.
The series launches on September 21.
The show will feature guests including Jordana Brewster, Peter Brown, sound designer for the Fast and Furious franchise, John Oates, musician and car enthusiast, Dennis McCarthy, vehicle builder and Picture Car Coordinator for the Fast and Furious franchise and race car driver Bisi Ezerioha.
Kang plays Han in Universal’s Fast and Furious franchise as well as starring in Starz’ Power and Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Hartford is an actress, race car driver and custom car builder, who starred in Sony’s Gran Turismo this summer. She has also starred in Max’s A Hollywood Christmas and Netflix’s That’s Amor.
