Exactly one month ago, on Valentine’s Day 2023, Eric André and Emily Ratajkowski hard-launched their relationship by posting nude pics to Instagram. Though the pair had been spotted hanging out previously, this was the first time their romance was confirmed. It has since ended, but André just talked about the whole whirlwind for the first time, and it seems the pair had a lot of fun while it lasted!
“I was really in the moment…drinking wine, and she started dying laughing, and she was like, ‘I have to take a picture of this,’” the comedian told Rolling Stone. “We both started cracking up. We both agreed this was a beautiful image that we had to share with the world.” Fun!

“It was one of those things,” the comedian continued. “I think that’s what art is about. Art is not intellectual; it’s primal. It has to speak to your hormones as much as it speaks to your mind.”
As for the public’s semi-surprised response to their pairing, André called out a superficial understanding of attraction. “I think that people think attraction is only based on physical appearance, but beauty is only skin-deep.” He compared himself to fellow funny guys Colin Jost (married to Scarlett Johansson) and John Mulaney (has a baby with Olivia Munn), explaining, “Comedy works.”
It’s also worth pointing out that André previously dated Rosario Dawson, and we won’ even get into Pete Davidson (also linked to EmRata). Yep, comedy works.
Sadly, three days after the pictures went up, Ratajkowski took to TikTok to ask followers what to do when “a situationship ends,” which many took to be a reference to the Eric Andre Show host.
