A brand-new Foundation season 2 trailer teases a war between the Cleons and the Foundation as Seldon’s followers weather their second crisis. The Apple TV+ sci-fi show returns with its take on the legendary book series by author Isaac Asimov, with the next batch of episodes set to premiere on July 14.
Now, after season 1 leaned heavily on design and story intrigue, the new Foundation season 2 trailer teases a lot more action this time around.
As teased by a nervous-sounding Gaal Dornick, this season’s events will take a significant step toward the Empire’s fall, with the show continuing to deliver on the visual spectacle that earned it praise. A season 2 synopsis also clarifies the conflicts ahead for the various characters:
