Emily Ratajkowski has been putting body shamers in their place for years. And her latest street style look is yet another testament to her fearlessness. The model and podcaster seemingly left her bra at home on a stroll through New York City’s Soho neighborhood, where she was photographed wearing a pale green calf-length lace halter dress that allowed small hints of skin to peek through the fabric—necessary ventilation amid summer’s final heatwave.
The pastel green lace gave contrast to Ratajkowski’s mane of glazed amber hair, expertly painted by colorist Jenna Perry of New York City’s Jenna Perry Studio. Ratajkowski completed the off-duty look with strappy black sandals, a small black shoulder bag, and a dainty silver necklace from Simon G.
Emily Ratajkowski is perhaps best known for risqué bombshell looks, like the skintight leather ensemble she wore to the Victoria’’s Secret World Tour on September 6. But evidently she knows how to nail a more casual moment too. Earlier this summer she experimented with stoner girl and sporty girl aesthetics in jorts and nylon pants respectively. In mid-August she was even spotted out and about in a pair of unbelievably beat-up brown loafers—the ultimate fashion flex, in my humble opinion.
