The countdown is on for our favorite band of superhero misfits to blast back onto screens for the summer, and the AMC Theater at Disney Springs is certainly hooked on the feeling!
That’s right, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set for release on May 5th, and promotions have started to arrive at the ultimate cinema location inside Walt Disney World. This huge AMC venue is located over in the West Side neighborhood of Disney Springs, but these huge new banners can be seen from far and wide!
Now, us fans have had our tickets booked since the start of the month, so we don’t need any more encouragement to book to view this fantastic franchise finale. However, it’s always exciting to see the faces of favorites including Star Lord, Gamora, Rocket Racoon and Groot smouldering down over the springs, so we had to go take some snaps and soak up the vibes!
As well as huge banners adorning the front of the theater, we can also see a large billboard attached to the building’s exterior, and a photo spot setup nearby for guests to snap some fan pics. All the characters are looking ready to go in each of these portraits, and we can’t wait to see what missions and mayhem they get up to in the movie!
In case you missed it, the cast of the movie were over at Disneyland Paris earlier this week, celebrating the European gala for the movie’s premiere. Another exciting update announced this week was that Disney Vacation Club members are being offered an exclusive chance to watch the movie a day earlier than its general release, and you can read more about this incredible opportunity here.
In Walt Disney World, our MickeyBlog reporters have been spotting plenty of movie-inspired merchandise land across the resort’s stores, including this awesome popcorn bucket resembling a Disney Skyliner gondola. Even McDonald’s are getting into the spirit with new Happy Meal toys!
It’s just a matter of days now until this hugely-anticipated Marvel hit blasts into theaters, and we’re sure it’ll be a spectacular one to witness.
