Customers who signed up for the launch of AT&T’s DirecTV Now are experiencing difficulties with the service, judging by the complaints on Twitter. It seems like several are getting error messages at sign-in or are getting kicked off while watching. DirecTV Now is aware of the issues and seems to be addressing them. Still, a day after the launch, people are letting the company have it:
@CaptJack1993 We’ll be here, Jack! Just DM us if any of these issues reoccur and we’ll gladly provide assistance. Thanks! ^GregH

@directvnow getting #error60 sometimes and then the stream just randomly stops others. Also takes a long time to buffer

You get the idea. These are just a sample of the tweets from the last hour during which this article was written. Yesterday’s feed is full of similar complaints.
DirecTV Now is AT&T’s entry into the “cord cutting” world, where it offers traditional cable channels and some network programs over the web. Its launch has been a mess. It was slow to introduce which channels would be available when it announced the service just two days before launch. Now… this.
