In Dance 100 eight street dance choreographers battle it out for a $100,000 prize. As the competition progresses, the routines get increasingly more complex with more dancers, until the finale where choreographers utilize the whole “dance 100,” 100 elite dancers who also act as the judges of the show. Dance 100’s judging process stands out from the countless other competition shows airing right now (which usually have a small panel of judges); and while the show does address some more technical aspects of choreography, it is still entertaining for people who don’t know much about dance. Packed with lovable competitors, upbeat music, and amazing dancing, Dance 100 is an enjoyable watch, and with only six episodes it’s perfect for a quick binge.
