The Met Gala queen has returned to dazzle just weeks after giving birth. The A-list actress has been away from the spotlight for a while, since her fourth pregnancy, as fans waited for her to drop a glimpse or update. It was a long wait to see Blake Lively return, but she has come back reminding people why she is considering a lovable fashionista.

The Gossip Girl actress has so far been updating her fans on life through photos from her home with Ryan Reynolds. She shared her jaw-dropping fit body just weeks after giving birth through a selfie. Now, the actress has made her first public appearance in support of her friend and director Shawn Levy.

The actress took to Instagram to share a picture of herself along with Shawn Levy and his family. The director and actress posed with his wife and two daughters at the Barnard College event. They were present to attend the college’s Annual Gala Party. “This is my new family now,” she wrote, captioning the photo and tagging Levy and his family members.

Lively dazzled like a shiny and colorful flower from head to toe in a carefully put-together look. The actress wore a floral Carolina Herrera long strapless dress, with a see-through orange and neon trench coat. Her neon orange Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pumps were paired with Chanel’s sparkly pink clutch. The dazzling long earrings were by Brent Neale and the romantic half updo was by hairstylist Jennifer Yepez.

The actress completed her dolled-up look with the help of makeup expert Carolina Gonzalez.

While Ryan Reynolds was absent, Shawn Levy probably sees him more during work days.

Levy and Reynolds have been friends ever since they were introduced by Hugh Jackman. They are also neighbors at their New York properties. Thereafter, the Green Lantern actor and Levy worked in 2o21 for Free Guy and Netflix’s 2022 movie The Adam Project. Now they are in a massive process of creating Deadpool 3, teaming together for the first time with Hugh Jackman. Both their on-set and off-set bond and fun will probably reflect on the fun superhero Marvel franchise. With Lively being back in the spotlight, it will be seen if she also works on projects soon.
