The Goes to Cannes program offers film festivals the possibility to showcase their selection of original work-in-progress titles looking for sales agents, distributors or festival selection.
The curator, Triin Tramberg said: “This is our 3rd year at Goes to Cannes and the selection is becoming more like the face of our Works In Progress in November. We feel there is something for each taste.”

For the 1st time at Marché du Film, PÖFF participates in Fantastic 7 – an initiative connecting seven acknowledged genre film festivals.
Each festival presents one project from their industry programme in the fantasy genre. PÖFF showcases Restore Point, a Czech film by directed by Robert Hloz and produced by Jan Kallista. The project was showcased in the Co-Production Market in 2017 and won the Screen International Best Pitch Award. The film tells a sci-fi murder story taking place in the near future of Europe.
The Fantastic 7 showcase is on Sunday 21 May 12:00-13:50 at Palais K, Palais des Festivals

Tallinn Black Nights Film Festivals with its film industry strand Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event participate in Festivals Hub – an exclusive program and venue designed specifically to welcome and connect film festival and market directors, programmers & industry leaders.
Festivals Hub program runs from the 16th until the 24th of May – and the key date is the 24th of May when the Festivals Hub Mixer session is taking place.
