‘Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania’ is Now On Disney+

Three months after the film first debuted in theaters, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania has finally arrived on Disney+.

In the third installment in the Ant-Man franchise, Quantumania introduced viewers to Kang the Conqueror, the next universal threat in the MCU.

Box-Office Struggles

Despite a strong opening weekend, Ant-Man and The Wasp struggled at the box office, only managing to gross $476 million. That number was well below both Disney’s and Marvel’s expectations.

Quantumania‘s struggles with both critics and movie-goers alike led many to wonder if the golden age of Marvel had ended.

Perhaps due to Quantumania‘s box-office struggles, Disney chose not to put the film on streaming at the same time it received a digital release.

This release strategy differed from other Marvel films but gave Disney a chance to recoup some of its losses on the film.
