OpenAI is making it easier for advertisers to buy ads in ChatGPT with a self-service ads platform, new partners, measurement tools, and bidding options.
The AI giant’s self-service ads manager is now available in beta to U.S. advertisers, according to a blog post on OpenAI’s website. Brands can also buy ads through new adtech partners, Pacvue and Kargo. StackAdapt, which ADWEEK previously reported on, was also included in the announcement.
“Conversational AI is the most significant new channel since the rise of retail media, and brands need more than a native UI to compete. They need the automation, control, and cross-channel attribution that drive real performance at scale,” Melissa Burdick, president and cofounder of Pacvue, said in a statement.
