Did Keith Urban accidentally blow up Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham’s spot? The Boygenius member and the Eighth Grade director have been rumored to be seeing each other for a few months, but there’s been no confirmation from either camp. Meanwhile, their mutual friend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour continues to draw out all the celebs, including Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman, who had a great time at her concert.
On Monday, May 15, Urban posted a quick clip of himself and his wife singing along to “Style” in the VIP tent at one of Tay’s concerts over the weekend in Philadelphia to TikTok, writing, “We love ya.” Would have been a perfect opportunity for a “We come to this place for magic…” caption, but I digress. In the 24-second video, Urban and Kidman are clearly having a great time, but it’s what’s behind them that has Swifties spiraling. A tall and lean figure appears to embrace a petite silver-haired figure…and fans are convinced it’s Burnham and Bridgers kissing.

“Keith Urban being completely oblivious about hard-launching Phoebe and Bo was not what I was expecting on a Monday afternoon” reads one popular comment. “Keith having the time of his life with Nicole not knowing the chaos he just put out on the internet,” says another. Fans are less scandalized by the pairing (they’ve been papped around town) than by the randomness of Urban’s involvement. But honestly? If you’re going to a Taylor Swift concert as a famous person? You should expect to have your picture taken. The Swifties are nothing if not diligent recorders!
Urban, meanwhile, seemingly didn’t notice anything in the video, even though he watched it enough times to add captions praising Taylor, her team, her fans and her show.
I think the only natural next step for Urban is to jump on a plane to North Korea, see if he can find out what’s going on there. He has the reporter skills whether he knows it or not!
