If you applied to be a part of The Duskbloods Network Test, you can now check to see if your application was successful.
Applications for The Duskbloods Network Test opened on July 22, and participants have now been selected. The Network Test will take place between August 21-24.
Network Test applicants can now check The Duskbloods Network Test website, and can see if they were successful by clicking through to the account page.
The game – and therefore the Network Test – is exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2 players. Players must also have an active Nintendo Switch Online membership in order to participate.
A new trailer was released last month to coincide with the Network Test announcement.
The Duskbloods is a multiplayer game, but in April 2024, director Hidetaka Miyazaki confirmed that FromSoftware is not moving away from single-player experiences, saying, “As previously mentioned, this is an online multiplayer title at its core, but this doesn’t mean that we as a company have decided to shift to a more multiplayer-focused direction with titles going forward.
“The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Elden Ring was also announced, and we still intend to actively develop single-player-focused games such as this that embrace our more traditional style.”
The Duskbloods is still set to launch in 2026, but doesn’t have a confirmed release date.
