In one Goonies scene, Mikey calls Brand “Josh.” That’s the name of the actor who plays Brand — Josh Brolin.

There’s also a scene in Days of Thunder when Caroline Williams calls Cole “Tom” as he’s played by Tom Cruise.

In this scene from The Giver, Lily says, “Jonas says it’s called dancing”…but her lips don’t move.

And in Gilmore Girls, it’s quite clear Rory’s mouth isn’t moving when you hear her asking Lorelai if she wants a drink.

There’s a scene in The Office where John Krasinski signs his own name, not Jim’s, on Meredith’s cast.

The Book of Eli reveals near the end that the book is actually the Bible in braille…except this is how big the Bible in braille would actually be.

Remember how Melisandre HAD to wear her necklace to stay young in Game of Thrones? And how she turned all old without it? But then…there was a scene with her not wearing it and she looked normal.

This map of Russia in Independence Day is riddled with issues. To name a few: It’s a map of the USSR, not Russia like it should be, Moscow has been moved, and they made up the city of Novosyoyrsk.

Aaaaand you can spot Chandler mouthing “What am I supposed to say?” in yet another Friends example.

In Final Destination 3, the infamous rollercoaster accident occurs as a result of two characters: Lewis and Frankie. Except after the premonition, they get off...meaning the accident should’ve been prevented.

There were multiple scenes in the Euphoria play episode where you could see characters in the audience reacting…despite them being also onstage at the time.
