As the leaves change, we find ourselves drawn to stories of spookiness and back-to-school vibes, preferably both at once. Undead homecoming queens, blood-sucking boarding schools, college campuses overrun by ghouls. It’s the perfect season to revisit the Harry Potter and Twilight movies.
But those are…movies. If you’re looking for a TV show, it’s probably occurred to you to watch Gilmore Girls, what with the characters’ penchant for pots and pots of hot coffee, Luke’s ever-present flannel, and Rory’s plaid skirt. Listen, we love the show, so go for it. But someday, and I hate to say it, you’ll run out of episodes. If you’re looking for more suggestions that are downright autumnal, then you’ve come to the right place! Tales of education, tales of woe, tales of really great layers. These series are so Fall it’s not even funny. (Except the comedies.)
