After five years between games, the sixth main “Horizon” installment in one of the best racing games for Xbox is available to download and play right now. If you’re a fan of the “Forza Horizon” series, then you’re going to be excited for “Forza Horizon 6” from Playground Games and Xbox Game Studios.

Ready for download, the racing game “Forza Horizon 6” for Xbox Series X/S is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for subscribers only. The subscription service goes for $22.99/month on Amazon. However, you can buy a physical copy of the game for $69.98 from the retail giant too.

Not a subscriber? Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a service for Xbox and PC that allows you to download and play as many games as you’d like from the platform’s extensive library with hit titles, such as “Starfield,” “Death Loop,” “MLB The Show ’24,” “Halo Infinite,” “Forza Motorsport,” “A Plague Tale: Requiem,” “Final Fantasy VI” and other games.

Meanwhile, the Microsoft console’s subscription service comes with Xbox Cloud Gaming for select games and online multiplayer for immersive and cooperative gaming experiences.

“Forza Horizon 6” is Japanese-themed with a stylized Tokyo as the game world’s main city. In fact, the map is the largest in the franchise, while the installment features a dynamic weather mechanic that changes with the season. The racing game also brings back the wristband system with players having to complete races, events and stunts to unlocking better and faster cars.
