Tera Raid Battle events are still going strong in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and to celebrate the spooky season, players are being treated to none other than Generation IV’s Mismagius. The Ghost Tera-type Pokemon will appear in five-star Tera Raid Battles from October 27, 2023, from 00:00 to October 31, 2023, until 23:59 UTC.
Once you’ve battled Mismagius, you’ll receive a load of Rare Candy as a reward. It can’t be called a Halloween event without a sweet treat reward now, can it?
Alongside the special Tera Raid Battle, Ghost-type Pokemon will also appear more frequently in the overworld during the event.
Remember that to participate in Tera Raid Battles in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you must have the latest version of the Poké Portal News in the game and a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to connect to the internet.
Because Mismagius is a 5-Star Tera Raid, this also means that you’ll need to have beaten the game’s main story and rolled the credits to access the spooky battle, as 5-Stars don’t unlock until the post-game in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Once the credits are over and you’re back in the game, you’ll get a phone call from Jacq and get access to 5-Star Tera Raids.
