A Nintendo Switch version of Red Dead Redemption 2 has been spotted on the Brazilian ratings board’s website.
As spotted by a Twitter user, an unannounced Switch version of Rockstar‘s game is listed alongside the currently available versions of the game.
However, it isn’t immediately clear when the Switch listing was added to the classification board’s website.

The game was originally classified by the board in September 2018 ahead of its PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release the following month.
Red Dead Redemption 2 was also released for PC and the now defunct Stadia in 2019.
Rockstar owner Take-Two said last month Red Dead Redemption 2 has sold over 55 million copies to date.
According to research firm Circana (formerly NPD Group), it’s the second best-selling title in US over the past five years based on dollar sales.
Given that the open-world game would place heavy demands on the aging Switch hardware, a potential Red Dead Redemption 2 release for Nintendo’s console would likely arrive in the form of a cloud version which uses streaming technology to play the title from a server.
Rockstar released Switch and PS4 ports of the original Red Dead Redemption last month. The game has sold over 23 million copies since it was first released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010.
Red Dead Redemption series writer Michael Unsworth recently left Rockstar after 16 years at the company.
The former writing director had worked on virtually all of Rockstar’s major releases during his time at the company. Notably, he’s one of only three writers credited for both Red Dead Redemption games’ stories.
