John Legend and Chrissy Teigen recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in the sweetest way. The couple, who tied the knot in Lake Como, Italy, on September 14 decade ago, returned to the same location to renew their vows. Their recent anniversary celebration included a delightful brunch at Villa Pizzo, the very place from where their journey began, followed by an intimate ceremony and a private party. Chrissy wanted to marry John ever since they first visited Lake Como together, while they were dating. After John’s proposal in December 2011, the two had a courthouse wedding in New York City and a lavish celebration in the picturesque Italian town four days later, which captured the hearts of many.

For their dreamy ceremony, John and Chrissy arrived by boat. The television personality looked absolutely stunning in a black body-hugging long-sleeved gown, with minimal make-up and loose hair, the mother of four exuded sophistication. On the other hand, the charming All of Me singer looked dapper in a white suit, complemented by black trousers and a classic bow tie. Meanwhile, Chrissy later changed into a second black gown with a floral design and white detailing at the top. The couple’s impeccable style perfectly matched the romantic vibe of their special day.

As per People, a source close to John Legend and Chrissy Teigen said, “It was very romantic. They arrived by boat. It was breathtaking to see them still so happy together.”

During their beautiful vow renewal ceremony in Lake Como, the couple took a moment to greet their guests from a balcony. John also delivered a brief speech after dinner and later the guests enjoyed dancing and a lakeside bar became a popular spot. The delicious food received praise from the guests. The entire location was decorated with flowers, which created an elegant and classic ambience.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s love story began when they first met on the set of John’s music video for Stereo in 2006. Although they briefly separated in 2007, they reunited later that year and decided to get married in 2011. Their family grew with the arrival of their daughter Luna in April 2016 and their son Miles in May 2018. Tragically, the couple experienced a miscarriage in October 2020. They welcomed their daughter Esti in January 2023, followed by the birth of their son Wren five months later, with the help of surrogacy.
