Star Wars Jedi: Survivor patch targets performance issues and crashes

Respawn has released Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s first major post-launch patch for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

The update is designed to fix various performance issues and crashes (see the full patch notes below) which have already been addressed on PC, according to EA.

Despite a six-week delay for polishing, the sequel was released last Friday with a significant number of issues.

The PC version of the game was seemingly in the roughest shape, leading Respawn to apologise for the state of the game at launch.

Prior to its release, EA said it was planning to address bugs and performance issues with a series of post-release patches, and it has now reiterated this message.

“We are hard at work on patches that will further improve performance and fix bugs across all platforms,” it said.

“There are more updates to come across all platforms, and we will share that timing when it is available.”
